Began in a First Line role providing support for users who had purchased domain or mail packages along with Wordpress troubleshooting before moving into a Tech 2 position providing Support for Shared and Managed customers primarily on CentOS or other linux distributions, with Avamar as a backup management solution and ESXi as a virtualization tool.
