Instrumental in the creative design development phase of activity, through to strategic messaging and environment design of physical and virtual events. Instrumental in the development of a multi-award winning bespoke virtual event platform Beehive.Global leading on environment and UX design. This technology platform is now used to deliver the majority of Live Union’s event output. Other responsibilities: - Art direction: Responsible for the sourcing and managing designers in all fields, from PPT design to 3D environment design using Twinmotion. Experienced in working on multiple projects simultaneously, writing and creating briefs for designers, offering constructive feedback and overseeing delivery to client. - Event strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and create compelling messaging and event strategies to deliver results. Experience leading all briefing sessions with C-Suite speakers and session managers to designing bespoke session formats and agendas to enhance the content for their audience. - Branding: Responsible for overseeing internal design teams and other agencies getting fully immersed into the brand tone and voice. Oversee the implementation of this branding work in every aspect of an experience, from PPT design, environment design through to film & animation. - Event production/show calling: Responsible for high-level live virtual events and pre-records, managing everything from speaker training to technical check-ins and familiarisation. Main client point of contact on show days, ensuring all speakers are well informed, supported and directed through the experience, whilst ensuring the final broadcast output is meeting the clients expectations.

Part of the Central Events Team, with responsibility for delivering a full calendar of events & awards.► Responsible for the IPA Effectiveness Awards, a global scheme rewarding campaigns that demonstrate the payback of Marcom’s investment.• Main contact & responsible for all entrant collateral: ensured the accuracy of details, in every publication produced before the ceremony & in the book published, in conjunction with Campaign, after the awards.• Events Co-ordinator on the night of the awards, a sit-down meal for 300, liaising closely with the award production company who created the show, stage & graphics.• Post event was part of the team who published the Advertising Works Book. • Support with briefing our advertising company to create the 2016 campaign & participate in board meetings, the board is made up of industry professionals who shape the awards scheme & find the direction it needs to go.• Involved in the creation of a spoof video, humorously using dogs to test the impact of popular Christmas advertisements, that raised awareness of the awards & received national media attention.► Provide key input into other awards, including the IPA Best of Health Awards & IPA Media Owner Awards, involving in anything from sourcing venues, providers, catering, presenters & any other requirements.► Point of contact & responsible for time management for a series of events including: • Large round table events covering Industry issues.• A closed-door event for the high echelons of the IPA Member agencies.• Developed a series of master classes reflecting the learnings from the awards.► Created the Effectiveness Newsletter, to promote the master class events & to share new learning from around the globe.► Built & maintained a new intranet system that significantly improved internal communication & project managed the upgrade of the IPA meeting & conference rooms with the latest in wireless & video technology, which increased room rental income three fold.
