Managed approximately four and a half million square feet of industrial/warehouse, office, and retail properties located throughout Maryland's I-95 corridor. Daily tasks include all aspects of property management, property accounting, and construction management for multiple clients, both institutional and private. This includes work in supervision of onsite projects, budget preparation and compliance, tenant improvement project coordination and oversight, and recommendation of capital improvements and repairs.
