Key responsibilities: • Forecasting timing of signed transactions to ensure liquidity is utilised effectively – liquidity reporting directly to CFO – oversee RCF debt management in accordance with minimum cash thresholds and cash investments in MMF’s and bank deposits• Develop, implement and communicate cash management policies and procedures to enhance controls and efficiencies and recommend new products – payment execution related to debt payments of P&I, rent/MR and excess cash sweeps and bank account management• Analysing interest rate position and providing hedging recommendations to Senior Management – advise Pricing and DCM Teams as to FX/IR risk as it pertains to lease and debt transactions and executing derivatives (swaps and caps)• Debt/Liability management for capital risks in respect of all debt arrangements in a $20bn debt portfolio including all aspects of debt drawdowns, debt refinancing, debt prepayment and portfolio restructuring• Execution of Money Market, FX and Interest rate transactions• Oversight of compliance with debt covenants in accordance with our banking agreements • Drafting and reviewing debt servicer reports in addition to other third-party liability reporting requirements • Management of all aspect of Treasury debt reporting to include month/quarter end outputs for inclusion in financial statements and disclosures to the market – involves accurate maintenance of debt records in TMS • Drafting and maintaining regular updates to Treasury policies and procedures to maintain best in class control environments for high value transactions within the business model• Participation in deal team structure for treasury inputs to leasing and debt transactions • Treasury input to debt term sheets and subsequent facility/credit agreements and associated debt documents• Management of company Banking relationships for all money market investments, on balance sheet debt obligations, FX lines and operational bank accounts
