Bringing 16 years of customer service, technical analysis, consultancy and diagnostic experience to the Information Technology Industry. From an ISP technician earlier in life, to working with Agriculture Canada on their Windows 7 roll-out during college, to now enterprise tier 2-3 support and beyond; I continue to develop, hone as well as build upon technical and client communication skills within the IT field. With managerial, team lead and customer service experience from retail electronic sales, working within a team environment is where I feel the most comfortable. A team being lead by a good leader is important, and I do strive to be one myself. To what capacity, there's nowhere to go but up. Communication, professionalism, teamwork as well as the ability to follow specific steps accurately and without deviation is extremely important, specifically when working on very large, tedious and essentially the foundation of a business' infrastructure. This is the mindset one requires when working within this industry, but it is experience and surrounding yourself with the proper people and tools that builds it. My goal in life is to lead.
