I currently work in the mailroom for the Road Safety Authority department in Abtran. I help process driving license and reduced essential driving training applications. I've also worked in the Student Universal Support Ireland department. Opening post and then sorting applications into various categories. I would’ve also scanned and validated applications and ensured all GDPR standards were met. I’m also trained to work on the phones with the Susi customer service department but don’tcurrently do this.

I worked from home, taking calls from customers, listening to issues they were having with their products. Then helped troubleshoot each issue and come to a resolution with the customer. Setup repairs for customers or arranged appointments for them in store. Participated in weekly team meetings where we discussed any new issues we were seeing and clarified the best way to rectify it in the future. Passed on information about software issues/bugs to the relevant engineering team. Learned how to resolve software/hardware issues with iPhones, iPads, Airpods, Apple Watches and Mac products.
