I've always been interested in computers/tech since a young age but never really understood how it all worked behind the scenes, so at the end of 2021 when I graduated high school, I made the decision to explore exactly what it was that I hadn't understood for so long. I started my programming journey with some tutorials on python that I found on YouTube and kept hearing the term 'front-end web developement'. After experimenting with python for a while I was introduced to Javascript which is where everything changed. From here on out, my focus was purely on that of 'front-end web developement' spending an average of 5-6 hours a day learning and implementing my skills. I've learnt a lot since I started such as HTML, CSS and Javascript(ES6+) and have applied my skills to many different personal projects and am currently working on building technical proficiency in both React and TailwindCSS.Outside of studying, I am an avid learner of anything and everything. I'm currently on a journey to learn how to play guitar, how to identify all countries and flags of the world, how to type more efficiently with the 'colemak' keyboard layout and how to speak spanish!I enjoy hanging out with friends, learning new things all the time and aim to live the best life I possibly can and am looking forward to sharing my web development skills and proving that I have what it takes to whoever gives me the opportunity!If you ever want to have a chat feel free to DM me or contact me via email @conormacd8@gmail.com
