I lead and motivate teams of baristas and servers to deliver exceptional specialty coffee experiences to our customers. With the help of my team, I increased drink sales by 400% in one year, implemented a TIPS certification program for the staff, and designed a festive menu that featured signature drinks and pastries.I have a degree in Music from Washington College, where I developed my creative and analytical skills.
