Organised by the Department of the Taoiseach in partnership with the National Youth Council of IrelandThe All-Island Youth Forum convenes 80 young individuals aged 18 to 25, representing diverse communities from both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This deliberative process spans over the course of a year, facilitating discussions to articulate visions and values for a shared future on the island.The Forum's membership includes 40 young representatives from each region, ensuring a balanced representation that encompasses various gender, ethnic, community, faith, and other identity diversities.Objectives:* Convene All-Island Dialogue: Engage young people in discussions centred around common concerns and values, emphasising the principles laid out in the Good Friday Agreement.* Enhance Cross-Border and Cross-Community Interactions: Build upon existing interactions among youth in civil society and youth organisations, fostering deeper understanding and collaboration.* Provide Leading Space for All-Island Civic Dialogue: Serve as a prominent platform for civic dialogue, acknowledging and bridging North/South and East/West relationships.* Publish Outcome Document: Compile the Forum's deliberations into an outcome document, which will inform and contribute to the Irish Government's Shared Island initiative.* Contribute to Broader Discourse: Stimulate broader public and political discourse on the shared future for all communities on the island of Ireland.

* Selected as one of only 15 interns for a Creative Content Internship.* Completed an intensive three-week training program, equipping myself with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in digital content creation.* Played a pivotal role in the social media department, contributing to digital content across RTE One, RTE Two, RTE Player, RTE Radio One, and RTE 2FM's social media accounts on platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X accounts.* Leveraged advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut to craft and refine captivating short-form videos, ensuring seamless integration with each platform's unique audience.* Demonstrated a keen eye for detail by adding captions to content, enhancing accessibility and fostering deeper audience engagement, utilising platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.* Collaborated closely with teams on high-profile RTE programs, including Nationwide, Late Late Show, and Ireland's Fittest Family, contributing to the digital extension and promotion of these flagship productions.* Elevated to the role of Social Media Lead for "Best Place to Be," a travel show presented by Baz Ashmawy, where I used strategic social media initiatives to amplify audience reach and engagement, resulting in heightened brand visibility and audience interaction.

* Transitioned into the role of Assistant Producer for Wednesday nights for the Niall Boylan Show following the successful completion of work experience at Ireland's Classic Hits & Radio Nova.* Facilitate audience engagement by effectively managing incoming calls and texts from the public, meticulously gathering there information, and brainstorming compelling topics for on-air discussion.* Identifying and securing relevant individuals to contribute to on-air discussions, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives and expertise.* Utilised proficiency in Adobe Audition to edit and refine short audio clips for the show, maintaining a high standard of audio quality and consistency across all show segments.

* Provided crucial administrative support within a dynamic accountancy and tax advisory firm, contributing to the smooth operation of daily functions.* Assisted in bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.* Played a key role in data management, Inputting and organising member information into Excel spreadsheets, optimising accessibility and efficiency.* Leveraged proficiency in specialised software programs including Surf and Xero to streamline processes and enhance productivity in financial management and reporting.* Demonstrated versatility by efficiently handling a wide range of administrative duties, including but not limited to correspondence management, scheduling, and general office organisation.

* Appointed as an Outreach Ambassador for the Daisy Program, an initiative funded by the RTÉ Toy Show Appeal, aimed at raising awareness of disabilities and advocating for People with Disabilities (PWD) through the creative arts.* Conducted engaging presentations and discussions in primary schools, effectively communicating with kids about disabilities and fostering an inclusive environment where questions and the kids curiosity were encouraged.* Shared personal experiences and insights with children, providing valuable perspectives on living with a disability and promoting empathy, understanding, and acceptance among young people.* Played a pivotal role in promoting disability awareness and advocacy within educational settings, contributing to the program's overarching goal of fostering inclusivity and empowerment for People with disabilities.

* Selected as one of 12 participants in the Hear My Truth Leadership Programme, organised by the National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI).* Engaged in a comprehensive leadership development program aimed at empowering young individuals to effectively represent their communities on issues pertaining to race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity.* Successfully completed the program and played an active role in the establishment of a structured organisation within NYCI, aimed at fostering ongoing collaboration and advocacy efforts among program alumni.* Actively involved in designing innovative programs and organising campaigns for societal change, leveraging collective expertise and experiences to drive meaningful impact.
