Conor is a PhD student at Ulster University Business School in the University of Ulster. His doctoral research investigates the role of supply chain learning for sustainability in a manufacturing context. His research areas of interest and expertise include sustainable supply chain management, circular supply chains, and operations management topics. Conor’s research has been published in international journals such as Annals of Operations Research and Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews. He is a member of the European Operations Management Association and regularly presents at international conferences including the annual EurOMA conference at which he has also acted as a reviewer. In addition to his research activities Conor has taught courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level in both the Faculty of Business and the Faculty of Engineering at Atlantic Technological University Donegal, in subjects such as operations management, supply chain management, international trade, and global logistics. He has also supervised numerous master’s student’s dissertations to completion as part of their MSc in Supply Chain Analytics programme.
