I created ViewPro from first principles with my business partner Niall O'Callaghan. We saw a need in the market for a way to simplify project controls in the construction industry. Years of working in the industry helped us to understand the daily struggle to track and report progress accurately in real time.We spent our first year designing the software from the ground up. We designed a sophisticated backend database that captures the data relevant to project budgets, allowing for continual analysis. We then set about designing a fast, simplistic, modern user interface to best suit the needs of Supervisors, Engineers & Managers on site. Through close collaboration with our excellent 3rd party developer, the entire concept has been brought to market in less than 18 months.ViewPro is a web based solution to a real world problem, no software installations required, all you need is a browser and internet connection.

Rio Tinto – Kestrel Coal Mine Extension QLD – $45 MillionOversee Earthworks and Concrete construction for the construction on the new Kestrel Coal Mine Extension for Rio Tinto in Emerald, Queensland. RTA Alliance – Northern Hume Alliance Project - $500 MillionThis project comprised the duplication and upgrade of a section of the Hume Highway about 40km long between Holbrook and Tarcutta NSW (about 75km east of Wagga Wagga). While working in this project I was a Site Engineer responsible for the bulk earthworks in a section of the new carriageway that was approximately 6.5km long.

Caltex Oil Refinery SydneyConstructing 2 new tank farms to store Crude Oil and Diesel in the Caltex Oil Refinery in Sydney. This involved the construction of an 80m and a 40m diameter concrete ring beam for the steel tanks foundation. Along with the construction of 2 retaining walls 70m3, 85m3 and Earth Bund walls surrounding the tank to form the containment area in the event of failure
