Duties include: managing 7 team members, leading internal unbiased audits (quality, environment, H&S) to assess company efficiency, performance, assets and compliance obligations. Conducting end-to-end walkthrough and analysis of operational procedures to ensure efficiency and accurate risk assessment. Manage and control all Transportation & Facility Maintenance divisions’ standard documents, internal test plans & management systems. Prepare written reports for the Senior Leadership Team. Assist in risk management analysis of day-to-day operations and future contracts. Design training presentations & train new employees. Preparation of proposals for Project Bids. Preparing and evaluating claims documentation regarding maintenance and in-scope capital construction projects. Addressing internal and external deficiencies/non-conformances. Extensive experience conducting root cause analysis to create thorough corrective/preventative actions. Managing and creating Quality & Environmental Management Systems registered to the ISO 9001 & 14001 standards, including the successful upgrade to the 2015 standards. Liaise with customers to provide expertise and coordinate the improvement of contract concerns. Perform data management and statistical analysis to identify trending issues. Advanced knowledge of various computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, GIS software & real-time vehicle GPS Tracking applications. Responsibilities Include: Managing the scheduling of sod irrigation for homeowners who have not yet closed, ensuring the irrigation schedule is followed on time, repair curbs and sidewalks and prepare site for paving/cement, participate in the maintenance of the site and ensure the site remains safe for workers/trades/homeowners, provide customer service and address homeowners concerns, take the appropriate steps to resolve grading and sod issues and keep homeowners satisfied, work with labouring team to ensure homes are clean and ready for closing.
