I work with a talented tech team to build game changing digital products and the efficient 3D asset pipelines that serve content to them. I collaborate with partners to ensure our asset offering evolves with their needs, and research to ensure it evolves with the latest technology. I build prototypes to demonstrate new use cases for the media we already produce, or to create demand for new media we could produce.- Launched "Hero Shot", a virtual photography web app which leverages realtime assets to allow novice users to create high quality renders of products in context.- Built render pipelines that match our e-com photography. Created render scenes and developed compositing specs that produce photorealistic results and compare favorably to photography, validated by A/B tests on adidas.com- Optimized render settings and scenes to reduce our seasonal rendertime by 75%.- Solved technical and visual issues as they arose, and ensured they were prevented from recurring through process changes, render pipeline adjustments, and documentation.- Collaborated with counterparts across the globe on quality standards, processes, and timelines in order to ensure smooth asset deliveries for tens of thousands of images seasonally

I led a global team of 3D Design experts and prototypers. Together we prototyped, launched, and implemented game changing product creation tools in a variety of business units worldwide.- Launched "Swatch", a 3D web app for footwear color and material design.- Built and Launched "Proof", a web app for uniform and graphic visualization with >100k visuals generated to date, and the highest NPS score of any digital creation tool.- Product owner of our CLO3D implementation into creation teams- Collaborated with Browzwear, The Foundry, and CLO3D on custom development projects, requirements gathering, and user feedback.- Mapped creation processes to improve efficiency, drive software requirements, and ease implementation of digital product creation.- Developed training curriculum and successfully trained Apparel and Footwear designers in 3D tools like CLO3D, Browzwear, modo, and other in-house tools.- Built mockups and functional prototypes to validate UX and workflow with users.

As part of the Resources group, I investigated the best ways to leverage 3D tools in order to ensure the design department could create, present, and sell innovative product.-Served as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Expert across several tools and systems built for global design teams.-Created software requirements, tested software, and trained product designers on new tools and workflows-Visualized products for internal and external purposes using Maya and Modo-Authored tools, scripts, and prototypes for Maya (mel), Modo (python), Photoshop (extendscript), Illustrator (extendscript), OSX (applescript), and web (NodeJS).

While working for Digital Wingman I modeled, textured, and rendered 3D floorplans for various clients, including many major universities. In addition, I helped establish standardized methods and workflows to ensure quality and consistency.
