Work as part of the Faculty of Medicine’s Space Planning and Facilities Management Team, supporting the management of over 1.9 million square feet of academic space.Responsibilities include assisting with project planning, implementation, and close-out; liaising with teams; engaging stakeholders; and ensuring effective communication and documentation to support the Faculty's academic mission.

Responsible for coordinating multiple projects of considerable size, diversity, and complexity that are essential to the implementation of Workday Student in UBC's Faculty of Arts.

Held a central position within the Department of Sociology, serving as a key administrative support resource for the planning and coordination of departmental activities, encompassing facilities management, projects, and services. Assisted faculty members with HR and Finance issues related to various Tri-Agency grants.

Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects in the organization and provide strategic input to the Executive Director and/or Board of Directors.

Tasked with managing the hospitality side of the club’s golf operations. I line managed a team of 20+ seasonal/part-time staff members and worked closely with other department leaders to optimize our services and develop a best-in-class experience for our membership. I was responsible for all aspects of the department’s day-to-day performance as well as its recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and personnel management.

Acted in an intermediary role between team members and management. I worked closely with the Director of Golf and Operations Manager to ensure the continued success of our outside services and developed a reputation as a leader at the club.
