- Led the installation of 12 mobile soil testing laboratories across Africa (Ghana, Nigeria, Malawi, Senegal & Tanzania) by offering training on sample preparation, analysis and results interpretation to the lab technicians assigned to these labs - Offered daily technical support and conducted remote support to resolve technical problems arising from over 12 mobile soil testing labs across Africa under the Cropnuts-OCP Africa School Lab project- Offered training to farmers on climate-smart agriculture including Good Agricultural practices (GAP), in different farmer field days, workshops, seminars and workshops organized by Cropnuts in collaboration with its stakeholders- Oversaw management of nutrient omission, conservation agriculture, and precision farming trials and field experiments for different fertilizer stakeholders in their regions of interest across Africa - Built and maintained relationships with customers and new prospects so as to promote and develop Cropnuts soil testing laboratories, precision farming, and mapping services business. - Worked and coordinated with the GIS manager and Precision Ag Manager on the processing of soil data from grid, zonal or field soil sampling as well as provided any necessary technical information/interpretation that will aid in the generation of high-quality maps for nutrients management - Coordinated and oversaw crop health and soil fertility management-related projects. - Interpretation of soil data and generation of correctional and fertilizer recommendations that were being offered by Cropnuts to its spectral laboratory customers. - Trained all spectral laboratory technicians under Cropnuts in all quality control processes
