User support, Incident management, Supplier Management, Operational processing, Communication, System configuration, Operational support, Training support and Inducements.• Liaising with multiple business to gather requirements develop processes and communicate the proposed solutions. These included Operations, Sales, Relationship managers, IT, external suppliers, Finance, compliance and other verticals areas in the RDR programme (Rules and Reporting & Adviser Charging).• Documenting the changes to the high and low level processes following the introduction of the new point if sales system.• Facilitated the business simulation testing to prove the system and processes created for this new team are fit for purpose.• Provided SME support for the Investor Portfolio Services contact team for the training of the Personal Financial Portal.• Facilitated in the set up of the warranty support team ( RDR Support Centre) in extremely challenging timescales.
