For Twenty years I have served in many capacities within WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff Organization. As the IT Service Area Manager I am responsible for managing the day to day IT support for the New York area offices, and project offices in the area. Under this position I supervised a staff of seven full time IT support personnel to adhere to and implement policies, maintain a high level of customer service for the office staff, senior management and executive management.
