Monitor Fitting Spec. & ensure sample approval well balanced. Assessment of the performance of vendors on various categories such as percentage for sample rejections, quality improvement rate, timely shipment, and Navigating merchandising efforts in harmony with the business objectives. Monitoring the procedures & and systems followed in production to ensure compliance with the quality norms & and standards of the company ect.

Responsibilities Order Placement to the factory, Production Follow-up, arrange Print artwork fabric shade, accessories approval to proceed with production, place shipment booking to the Forwarder, and Update ERP system.

Responsibilities to preparing export documents to get the payment on time, payment realization follow up, arranging GSP & Export license based on the shipping documents, ERP system update, ETC. do costing to negotiate price with customers & suppliers, fabric & accessories booking.

Analyze L/C to open fabric and accessories L/C through the Bank, prepare shipping documents, Space book for cargo, Payment realization documentation and provide Logistics support to the supplier and the customers.
