• Implement and support infrastructure within Oracle Cloud per client system architectural needs including but not limited to Linux and Windows Instances, Virtual Cloud Networks, Network Security Groups, VPNs, Storage, Backups, and Security• Use Ansible and Shell Scripting to automate repetitive day to day tasks and infrastructure builds• Monitor, upgrade, troubleshoot, and configure hardware, software, and related components• Coordinate, plan, and execute projects including major updates, new infrastructure, server moves, IP changes, disaster recovery exercises, and software/hardware go-lives• Install and implement third-party software such as fax servers, enterprise backup software, SAN drivers, etc.• Assess and evaluate new hardware/tools and document procedures before installation • Optimize current practices through research and implementation of new procedures• Perform responsibilities held under Associate Systems Engineer

• Deliver and install servers, console devices, tape drives, peripherals, remotely or at client sites• Analyze application needs to install appropriate software, UNIX and LINUX operating systems• Schedule and perform personalized hardware/software/OS maintenance and updates based on service-level agreements • Utilize in-house dashboard to monitor for errors and problems to resolve with the client according to urgency• Author diagrams to visualize technological infrastructure• Navigate task management system to perform assigned duties, create new tickets, and route to different departments for follow up

• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on PCs, laptops, and other IT related problems for in-house and remote-end users• Image computers using imaging software and maintain image with tested updates. • Configure computer hardware to meet the needs of each client’s role or department• Attend to software and operating system updates and assist with new software• Streamline workflow through research and implementation of new technologies• Organize workflow and document findings, procedures, and outcomes through task management system with the ability to escalate further if necessary

• Oversee workflow and shift changes of customer service employees to ensure daily tasks were completed and customers were receiving premier service • Process customer refunds, exchanges, and basic customer service inquiries• Balance the office to account for transactions of each day and resolve any discrepancies
