His expertise has contributed to more information and effective decision-making in the areas he is involved in, including youth engagement and accountable governance.​Keya Leads a Youth led Solutions to Accountable Governance (YSAG) organization.YSAG is involved in organizing events, advocating for youth-related policies, and facilitating discussions about political and civic engagement among the youth.Under his leadership, the youth forum achieved a significant milestone by influencing the development of the first youth policy in Kakamega County. This is a testament to his commitment to youth empowerment and responsible governance.As a Global Ambassador for Generation Democracy under the auspices of the International Republican Institute (IRI), Conrad is actively advocating for democratic principles, promoting civic engagement, and emphasizing the importance of transparent and accountable governance.The combination of his skills in technology, data analysis, policy research, and advocacy for good governance positions Conrad as a multi-faceted professional capable of addressing complex challenges that require interdisciplinary approaches.In his role as the Director Research and Innovation at Youth Bridge Kenya,​Conrad advocates for entrepreneurship as a means for young people to become more economically self-sufficient.
