Assisted Production Manager in overseeing the execution of a highly-ambitious new immersive musical entitled K-POP, building over 15 unique spaces for audiences to explore, utilizing scenic design, set dressing, lighting design, sound design, music, and choreography into immersive experiences.Aided in budgeting, staffing, equipment sourcing, execution of build plans, and troubleshooting issues of same production.Personally oversaw “series programming” (single night performances) with various technical and artistic needs. Supervised production staff, and coordinated with artists regarding their technical needs. Created a stream-lined system to ensure archival footage was documented.Oversaw maintenance and organization of theatrical space and equipment, including reorganizing shop area. Updated out-of-date inventory and maintenance information.

Assisted producer with management of production of new play Samara, including organizing rehearsal schedule, communications with cast and crew, and managing Actor's Equity extensive paperwork requirements.Worked with all departments to help with scheduling, budgeting, etc.Ensured production came together smoothly and all departments and individuals felt supported and satisfied with execution of their vision.

Maintained and managed company's theatrical venue. Ensured maximum number of “open weeks” were booked by rental companies, providing large portion of rental income for organization.Overhauled storage and organization within the venue, for ease of use for rental companies and in-house productions.Updated out-of-date inventory information for both rental packages and in-house equipment.Coordinated with production managers and design/artistic teams for 7 company productions. Ensured equipment and venue were prepared for productions' needs. Aided in execution of technical needs and realization of design elements.Oversaw yearly budgets, including requests for necessary venue and equipment upgrades, replacing defunct and/or out-of-date systems.

Assumed position during production (due to previous Production Manager leaving the project). Troubleshot technical and interpersonal problems left by predecessor, including several scenic elements for which no plan had been made.Ensured scenic element at climax of show (cascading felt flowers from behind audience seating) met both design and technical needs satisfactorily.Managed, organized and oversaw remaining work calls, including preview performances, note calls and strike. Handled returns of rental packages and restore of rented theater.Made a point of talking to designers and artistic team to ensure they felt confident their visions were being executed to the fullest possibility available.

Assisted manager and owners with inventory, scheduling, payroll, necessary ordering, and directly addressing customer and employee concerns.Worked high capacity weekend shifts, ensuring customers needs were met while maintaining high level of hospitality and worker safety.Left position only after plumbing incident caused long-term shut down of building.
