Food safety Management Implementation & ensuring all systems related to Food safety are in place Part of the audit team to conduct Food safety audits of Raw & Packing material suppliers & Nestle Factories within SARHACCP/ FSMS Implementation: Team leader for carrying out & implementing the HACCP studies across all products & lines in the factory & maintenance of all the relevant documentation Implementation of Nestle FSMS which is in line with ISO 22000 Implementation , validation & Verification of all PRP’s related to Food safety through audits & line verification & monitoring Development of in-house training programs & Conducting trainings related to Food safety to Employees Compliance to food safety standards of the organization & Regulatory. Investigations & corrective actions/ preventive actions for all consumer complaints & incidents related to Food Safety Benchmarking of Food safety systems followed across various Nestle Factories in SAR for continuous improvementQMS Implementation: Provide a written plan for important quality checks that need execution right from material reception to the final product.
