I have had 35 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry as a Chef. I trained in Michelin Star and Rosette Restaurants and Hotels in the UK and abroad. I have worked my way up to Executive/Head Chef level which gives me the experience and skills to run a high-quality kitchen and to pass on my experience to others. At the start of my career I trained at Au Premier Restaurant Zurich, Switzerland I have also been fortunate to work and train with Albert Roux at Le Gavroche London where I won young chef of the year, Gary Rhodes at the castle and Marco Pierre White at Harveys which has given me a great grounding to manage a kitchen. As a sous chef I worked at Michelin star and AA rosette Restaurants resulting in gaining a Michelin star at Casa Tegoyo in Lanzarote.
