My mission is to devise and execute effective business plans, promotions, and marketing strategies that increase sales, market share, and customer satisfaction. I also cultivate and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL's), and decision makers. Extensive presentation experience meeting with influencers in-person and virtually. Some of my achievements include increasing sales from $0 to $30M+ in 6 years, securing major clients chain pharmacies to order and stock the Medical Food probiotic, and managing major wholesale accounts. I am passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of self-confidence, teamwork, motivation, training, and sales skills among my team and colleagues. I attribute my accomplishments to my natural ability to identify needs and provide solutions, planning, and implementation of strategies to meet those needs. This can only be achieved with strong product and competitive knowledge, with a firm understanding of how the products are used or the disease states. I believe teamwork, working with peers and account teams is vital in reaching goals at all levels of a company.
