As a Case Manager assisting with digital services, my role is to enable Work and Income clients to make use of the various online tools at their disposal, and to demonstrate to them how they can use these tools, as well as troubleshooting and providing other technical support.

During my time here, I found that the method for checking which of the bins needs restocking was lacking, and so I devised a simple computer.
