- Oversee and manage the delivery of FTTS/FTTB programs across Ontario with monthly budgets ranging from $1M to $5M- Monitor the progress of projects, tracking milestones and identify any areas of risk or concern;- Collect all data relating to the project(s) from internal departments and validate the accuracy of the data provided;- Work closely with the Project Construction Team on a daily basis to track and ensure deliverables are met as it relates to the project(s);- Prepare reporting on key project metrics and reporting on other data associated with the project(s);- Materials Coordination; ordering material through the client and working with the warehouse department to track orders;- Receiving, coding and verifying of invoices related to the project(s);- Preparing change orders as required;- Facilitate weekly touchpoints with project teams and stakeholders- Any and all other duties as assigned in order to meet Company objectives.
