He has also represented owners, main contractors and subcontractors in adjudication proceedings under the Security of Payment Act.Conrad leads the Building, Construction & Projects Industry Group at RHTLaw Asia LLP. He advises on a range of construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore, from transactional construction documentation to downstream dispute resolution. More recently, he has advised EPC contractors in the tender process of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in Indonesia and advised the owners of wind farm projects in Taiwan on the FIDIC-based construction documentation governed by Singapore law.Conrad is both a CFA charter holder and an Accredited Specialist in Building and Construction Law under the auspices of the Singapore Academy of Law.
