I originate both Conventional ,FHA and VA Loans, Reverse Mortgages, Private Equity loans as well as Development financing. I am a specialist in New Construction and Renovation financing for both classes of real estate. I am well versed in structuring financing for properties that are included Estates, Divorce Proceedings, and those that are Bank Owned. My consistent focus as a loan originator is to be a reliable resource to both my customers and referral sources in their pursuit of closing on their real estate transactions. To achieve this object, I maintain a steadfast commitment to staying abreast of the ever changing guidelines, trends and financing products available through my various lending partners and across the mortgage finance industry as a whole.
