Site Support Engineer
Current- Responsibilities include triage and prompt resolution of helpdesk tickets via ServiceNow, emails, phone calls, and drop-ins for on-site, domestic and international staff of 500+ employees.
- Systems supported – Microsoft SCSM and ServiceNow ticketing system, deskside and remote Windows XP/7 OS support, MS Office 2003/2010/2013, VMWare, PC imaging from disc, USB, and PXE boot configurations, desktop.
- Customer Support & Satisfaction – Achieved a very high level of customer satisfaction, particularly in more challenging and unusual instances, as testified by frequent expressions of appreciation.
- Pro-active activities consistently completed well ahead of required delivery timescales.
