Managing a large team in a large Staging/Configuration department, managing multiple customers and rollout schedules including IMAC work.Work includes the configuration of laptops, desktops, switches, routers, full EPOS store hardware installs, Active directory, OU movements, Landesk, backups and restore of customer data, encryption and decryption, refurbishment of customer hardware including Blancco data removal and hardware destruction.Creating scripts and builds for customer with an aim for maximum output and efficiency. Imaging tools such as Ghost, SCCM, WIM.Administration of multiple build servers, maintaining customer images and instructions.Communication with multiple teams and departments including customers and end users.Training and mentoring staff, new starters and agency staff.
