Analyzes and reports data regarding quality and completion rates for all programs of study within the Business and Information Technology Division. Maintains compliance with criteria of accrediting agencies and compiles annual reporting data for each accrediting agency. Evaluates courses to ensure compliance with The North Carolina Community College System’s guidelines and regulations for all classes within the Business and Information Technology Division. Assists the Dean with course audits, online quality standard reviews, and online certification tracking. Assists the Department Chairs with the implementation or revision of outcome measurement tools for each program area. Represents the Business and Information Technology Division in the community and at various college-related functions.
