The Global Intranet Platform was a pivotal initiative at AXA Group, aiming to consolidate 46 local intranets from global subsidiaries into a unified platform. As Lead Solution Architect, I collaborated with subsidiaries and vendors to design the target platform. The outcome was a robust system supporting 113,000+ users across 56 countries.My role involved:Partnering with Global Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects from subsidiaries to establish the Global Intranet Platform as AXA's primary solution. It became the go-to platform for all AXA Companies' intranet needs.Regularly engaging stakeholders to evolve the solution and platform, ensuring alignment with requirements.Leading Task Forces and groups to address Stability, Scalability, and Performance issues.
