In a stretch assignment role during my time at lululemon, I was hired as a Virtual Training Team Facilitator. I successfully trained large groups (over 150 employees) on company wide Educator and Key Leader Retail Training Program via Zoom. In this program, I mentored new hires, trained new leaders and managers and supported holistic understanding of company wide expectations, initiatives, processes. As a trainer, I eliminated process gaps by implementing new approaches to lululemon's standardized retail training. I quickly adapted training plans for large group needs, taking timelines and different learning styles into consideration.
