Helping on bringing this amazing initiative and program to Uruguay for the first time. We will receive U.S. & European university students in semester and year long programs, who will take courses and earn college credits in various subjects: Management, Marketing, Environment, Spanish, Literature, History, local Culture, and others. It´s an incredible project, both for me and for our country.

Cantegril Country Club is one of the biggest and most prestigious clubs in Uruguay. Located in Punta del Este, it has been one of the main actors in the development of this seaside resort. Managed almost 100 employees and 2500 members from various countries. Sports in the organization: tennis, football (soccer), swimming, karate, gym, aerobics, yoga, pilates, spinning, basque pelota (paleta vasca), and others.

Responsibilities included helping the board of directors, the President, and managers with various issues associated with the rapid growth and internationalization of a top software company in Uruguay (which went from selling in 2 or 3 different countries to sell in almost 20 countries all around Latin America and Europe). Areas of work: Management, Human Resources, Marketing and Selling, opening of new offices, preparing hard data and Marketing information in order to support the finding of new investors to the company, developing strategies in that sense, etc.

Responsible for designing and organizing the Marketing Department of one of the top textile companies in South America. Also in charge of improving sales figures by constant improvement of our products, taking initiative in growth strategies, visiting and hosting foreign clients. Some of the countries under my area which had to visit: Argentina, Ecuador, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Also hosted clients from: Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Germany, and USA.

A company member of ARLEI leather tannery, one of the biggest tanneries in the world. While working with important local and foreign clients added value to the brand name, as well as expanded the business. Sales figures increased by almost 300% in one year.
