Solutions can come in many different formats, but the most commons are: increasing the quality if communication between the market team-company and company-client, adding more channels to market their services or products (Tiktok and Clubhouse for example), training of the current marketing team members to speed the process, evaluation of the budget to determine if its being used to its maximum capability. Many other are there as each business is unique, but I see that once the communication within the company is clear as of WHAT, HOW the company does, a lot of the problems are much simpler to solve.
