Helping companies scale their marketing results by creating diagnostics of the current situation, proposing solutions, and actively applying them to make them achieve their goals. Solutions can come in many different formats, but the most commons are: increasing the quality if communication between the market team-company and company-client, adding more channels to market their services or products (Tiktok and Clubhouse for example), training of the current marketing team members to speed the process, evaluation of the budget to determine if its being used to its maximum capability. Many other are there as each business is unique, but I see that once the communication within the company is clear as of WHAT, HOW the company does, a lot of the problems are much simpler to solve.

Led a team of marketers to develop the new acquisition model for the company while also managing external partnerships throughout multiple projects.

I led a 12 weeks course consistent of assembling high performance teams within the university scenario, capacitating students to develop and publish their digital games. Using AAA/Indie techniques, students apply the necessary processes to expose their games in a effective and creative way.- Publish in "Indie" platforms such as: Itch.io / Steam / GoG- Create and maintain ACTIVE profiles in social media: Twitter / FB / IG- Evolve students adaptability for possible pivots in the project- Develop students perception to received and implement feedback- Cultivate an ambience of openness in the team and intelligent role designation

I was in charge of a team of Designers that developed many different types of products, such as: animated videos, websites, assets for video games and general motion graphics.

I collaborated with developer teams & managed a wide variety of cross-media projects involving branding, illustrations, UI design, motion graphics and user centric technology for startups. Some of the companies that I provided services to as: Victory Square Ventures, Immmersive Tech, FansUnite, iHazmat, WagWalking, IGMEP and UFSC (Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina).

I assembled, managed and directed a team of animators, illustrators and designers to produce and deliver high quality products with well known IP's. Such as: Pac-Man (BANDAI NAMCO), Hello Kitty (SANRIO) and Garfield (PAWNS). I was also in charge of in-depth communication between Art, Development and Design, bringing together people from all over the world: Canada, Brazil, US, England, Germany, India, Japan and more. Understanding all limitations from each area and applying the stakeholders needs to achieve desired outcomes.

As Product Lead, I developed the executive roadmap for the Web & Mobile applications. Besides delivering the App’s macro strategy, I worked with the Development and Design teams, making sure we hit our goals with UX and Product Placement.Somme is a wine tasting app for Professionals and Wine Enthusiasts.
