 Responsible in ensuring the timely requests of RMA’s are obtained from vendors’ defective/distressed inventory. Request vendor RMA on defective Inventory based on the assigned frequency (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) Responsible in contacting Vendor to follows up on outstanding request to prevent the defective product from becoming aged. Responsible in the entry of the debit memo for the product returned as set forth in the terms and conditions of the vendor contract.  Responsible in ensuring accuracy of entry of skus, quantity, ship to address and carrier for all debit memo issue to vendor. Responsible in escalating and investigating issue in relation with product discrepancy and declared missing or loss shipment. Responsible in maintaining and reporting to buyer, returns product capitalization as allowed by vendor contract. Responsible in creating debit notes for Stock Balance returns or return of non moving, non-performing good and sale-able products. Responsible in requesting credit back to vendor once a discrepancy issue raised was deem correct and accurate by warehouse.  Responsible in maintaining current and accurate vendor information in VADR screen of Impulse.  Responsible in escalating issue outside of the standard policy of the management. Contact carrier’s to obtain POD as requested
