Took the role of Salesforce CRM Admin for our sales team and increased my role in outside sales, traveling Washington State for meetings, presentations, and closing business with C & D level school district technology executives. Key contributions to sales include breaking the monthly sales record twice in one year and closing 2013 as a top earner in sales for the company.

This was my first introduction to B2B and B2G sales and a great opportunity to work with virtualization software and the hardware it runs on. As part of the education sales team, I had ownership of an end-to-end sales process; from cold-calling to close. In the last 6 months, I was recognized as a top 10% earner in sales for the company. The startup environment provided an opportunity to go beyond my sales role and bring added value to the company through revenue generating projects like managing the production of the video below. Another key contribution included scoping and rolling out Salesforce as a CRM to the entire sales department which is still being used today.
