Conrad leads VIAONE’s Retail Advisory team where he brings +14 years of experience advising property owners, tenants, and developers on the acquisition, leasing, and sale of retail properties. Conrad’s comprehensive client service offering focused on the entire life cycle of retail properties paired with programmatic relationships with local municipal leadership, provides the capacity to shrink speed to market and maximize yields for his clients. Conrad’s extensive experience in the retail market segment stems from advising the real estate growth for one of the largest Dunkin’ franchises in the United States. Growing their restaurant network from 14 locations in AZ in 2010 to over 182 locations across AZ, CO, NV, TX & FL as of 2024. Conrad advises several of Inspire Brands fastest growing restaurant operators. Conrad is an Arizona native and graduate from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Sustainability with a Minor in Real Estate. Conrad has a passion for motorsports, health, fitness and is actively involved in mentoring younger members of the local commercial real estate community.
