Description: Active4Life is an online ‘toolkit’ of resources to help persons living with chronic condition(s) to be more physically active that will be hosted on the HealthlinkBC website in 2021. I designed:- Icons for each chronic condition- The Active4Life logo- Graphics for academic posters presented at scientific conferences

Connor works on the visuals and branding elements used across social media platforms and other communication mediums that HPV Global Action utilizes.

- Letterhead and Powerpoint assets consistent with guidelines.- Graphics to support communication targeted to staff for the count down to the move from Sunny HIll Health Center to co-locate with BC Children's Hospital- Scanning/photographing photographs and artwork for digital archiving

- Designed ProActive Spinal Cord Injury Physical Activity Prescription Form with physiotherapists, researchers, and stakeholders. This form is used alongside the ProActive Spinal Cord Injury Toolkit to aid in the rehabilitation of spinal cord injuries.
