Working for more than 20 Years in national and international service provider companies, being involved in deliver services to public and private Company gave me a specific “customer service oriented” mindset and the ability to fulfill customer needs.In my day-by-day activities I am very organized and structured, I approach issues with problem solving and "get it done" spirit. Work in multitasking mode and under pressure is not an issue and does not modify my sight of priorities and the strategic vision of the Service scenario.I have a solid experience in managing complex business situations as Project recovery plans, Services scope review, technical incidents fix, large scale changes, handover of competencies and know-how. Moreover I develop a deep experience in people motivation and management and organizational change management; I was in charge several times as program manager, to define and deploy reskilling and redeployment programs, tuning of operational processes and organization, spinn-of and M&A.I like to work in challenging situations and being active part of a team focused on goals and Company business development.
