In this role I was the global leader heading business operations for a hypergrowth Philips business - Enterprise (Hospital Patient) Monitoring as a Service - now one of the fastest growing parts of Philips' patient monitoring portfolioI also served as a chief of staff for the General Manager of the business.In practice, this meant creating a structured approach to assess which new markets to enter in which order.It also meant aligning all of the functional teams that need to come together to deliver a new business model - sales, marketing, project management, finance, legal, and service operations, leveraging lean and agile approaches.Heavy change management involved, along with designing processes and structures to transform towards SaaS and other as-a-Service offers globally.To do this, I called on my experiences in strategy, marketing, sales, and service operations, with agile and lean concepts and techniques to make it happen, enabling an opportunity funnel in excess of $50 Million TCV, and solving key operational constraints that opened the floodgates to over $200 Million in closed & funnel TCV.

While on a brief hiatus from corporate life, I fufilled a long time career goal, that of starting my own consulting firm and helping a variety of clients.I continue to consult with investment banks and PE firms seeking insights into the digital health and med tech space. We also implemented Salesforce HealthCloud.I helped another client map out the move from Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud to PowerApps to successfully stand up new apps and transition in time to exit their SalesForce contract and save $10,000,000+ annually
