Consolate Akwii is a Statistician who applies her data analysis skills to monitor and evaluate the impact of social development projects at Latek Stay Alliance Uganda, a non-governmental organization that works to improve the lives of vulnerable children and families. She joined Latek Stay in 2022, and since then, she has contributed to the design, implementation, and reporting of multiple projects, using various tools and methods to collect, process, and present data. She has also facilitated the capacity building and training of staff and partners on data management and quality assurance.In addition to her role at Latek Stay, Consolate is also the Managing Director of her own business, Yummy Bites, where she produces and sells homemade snacks using her mother's recipes. She started Yummy Bites in 2020, and has grown it into a successful enterprise, with a loyal customer base and a strong online presence. She manages all aspects of the business, from production and marketing to finance and customer service. Consolate holds a Bachelor of Business Statistics from Makerere University, where she developed her interest in research, analysis, and project management. She is passionate about living and achieving an inspired life, and shares her insights and experiences through her Facebook page, Inspired Achiever, and her upcoming book, Finding Strength Through Adversity. She is motivated by her desire to help others overcome their challenges and pursue their dreams.
