Currently, I am the Co-founder and CEO of Constacts, Inc. a communication platform that fosters close connections.Before founding Constacts, Inc., I worked for several years as a data analytics expert. More specifically, I provided data-driven management consulting for mid-sized companies undergoing digital transformation, and assisted startups in rapidly integrating data analytics into their business operations.During my Ph.D. program at GSCT of KAIST, I primarily focused on the analysis of unstructured data, delving into areas such as text mining and co-occurrence network analysis across various documents and semantic units. Additionally, I researched issues related to interactive media, including immersive experiences, gamification, and the user experience of social media. Ultimately, I decided to leave the program without completing my Ph.D. degree, realizing that there were greater opportunities in startups than in research labs. :)In my master's program, I explored HCI/UX research methods grounded in media psychology. During my undergraduate studies, I majored in humanities, with a particular focus on the philosophical underpinnings of East-Asian society.
