Why? To bring about a mindset shift that bridges 2 critical gaps of our times: - a capacity gap: to go beyond sustainability and also become agents of regeneration. The how is open-ended but it includes developing the understanding of reality as a living whole, and thereby becoming able to continuously adapt, innovate and add value to the organisation and its stakeholders that mutually reinforces the organisation's success with the regeneration of people, place and planet- a meaning gap: how can work become a pathway to express what one truly cares about? and how can we simultaneously put that vital energy and spirit into helping one´s organisation make the world better for all?Former work experience and worldview development arose from: first) operating for >10yrs at the science-policy-society interface for marine and environmental sustainability, in Portugal, Brazil and for the EU; after) unlearning, learning anew, experimenting and facilitating for >5 years in impact entrepreneurship + creative and facilitative leadership.
