I payed invoices for new computer installations. I served as the Trusted Agent (TA) for implementation and management of DOD Public Key Infrastructure. I was responsible for INFO SEC procedures and user training being implemented in support of DOD PKI. My job included Information Security management for WAN/LAN/Internet and electronic communications. I.

• Independently plan and perform assignments, resolving most conflicts that may arise.
• Investigate and analyze a variety of unusual problems, questions or conditions associated with a particular application.
• Manage local area network (LAN), servers and software.
• Install and maintain microcomputers; troubleshoot hardware and software problems, installing replacement drives, boards etc.
• Maintain database inventory of hardware and software.
• Maintain storage and retrieval system for data and tape files.
