- Strategy / markets: strategic studies (in charge of 2030 strategy for Hydrogen BU, market analyses, market watch) supporting Origination team and Public Affairs team, support to Hydrogen BU EXCOM- Partnerships: in charge of partnerships' strategy - project manager for structuing and negotiating partnerships with other players, leading transversal team within the BU with relevant experts- Carbon-Neutral Transformation: creation of ambassadors within teams of the BU, design & implementation of carbon-neutral roadmap for the BU (decarbonation of commercial offers, ways of working, procurement process)

- market analyses - support to Hydrogen BU EXCOM- in charge of coordinating 2030 strategic vision for Hydrogen BU (Executive Leadership Session, presented to ENGIE EXCOM)

- In charge of implemeting the public service delegation for the French Biomethane Register of Guarantees of Origin for 2018-2023 (~10-pax team); representing GRDF at ERGAR Board- Contributing to the GRHYD project (hydrogen injection in natural gas grid)- Contributing to the Power-to-gas and Hydrogen strategy of GRDF ; in charge of the follow-up for methanation pilot projects- In charge of strategic studies on data, which led to defining a 5-year strategic Roadmap for data at GRDF, jointly worked out with all departements of GRDF (in 2017) ; currently focusing on data and smart grids- Technological and regulatory watch about topics such as Smart city, Blockchain, Artificial intelligence- In 2018: contributor to the building of the future Corporate Project (working group on Innovation)
