I started my career as a general assignment reporter for a daily newspaper in the Midwest, and I've never strayed far from that solid beginning. I have spent more than ten years writing engaging, authentic, textured stories that I translate into whatever copy my clients might need: brand creation, public relations/image pieces, web content, press releases, name generation, packaging content, headline writing and more. Because of my extensive background in journalism and copywriting, I wrote all copy for my brands--whether for labels, websites, e-mail blasts, brochures. I also created and executed new packaging, point-of-sale materials, sales incentives and allocation programs.
