• Satisfy the need of customers by means of providing patient care items• Build up good relationships with KOLs from various clinics and hospitals• Invite doctors to attend seminars and overseas congress• Set booth in hospitals and congress to promote product• Arrange workshops for hospital authority doctors to differentiate different inhaler devices• Organize luncheon with doctors regularly• Review the sales performance every three months and present the plan of action for next quarter• Responsible for Hospital Authority, including Kowloon Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, as well as private hospitals, including Baptist Hospital, Union Hospital and St. Teresa Hospital• Responsible for private clinics ranging from Tsim Sha Tsui to Yau Ma Tei, and Kowloon City

• Maintain good relationships between the current customers and company• Visit all the hospitals, clinics, drug stores and dispensaries from the given area regularly• Seek out new potential clients from the given area and respond to their demands• Develop products promotion and marketing strategies including designing pamphlets and gimmicks• Gather and report market information before launching new products• Responsible for trade and private clinics in Kowloon East, Kowloon West, eastern New Territory and Tsuen Wan• Responsible for private hospitals including Union Hospital, Evangel Hospital, Precious Blood Hospital and Tsuen Wan Adventist Hospital
