Responsible and supervises along with Medical Director all clinical aspects of a large healthcare clinic that specializes in the care and treatment of HIV/AIDS clients. Works closely with the Broward County Health Department, administering treatment for STD's, patient teaching and other nursing duties.Supervise medical assistants, and LPN, oversees function of the laboratory and communicates with outside laboratories that handles testing. Supervises Referral coordinator and medication prior authorizations with insurers. Works closely with all providers and office administrator to ensure a well functioning clinic for greater than 3000 patients

Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit

Promoted in January, 2011 to Director of Nursing and Ancillary Services. I oversee a 60 bed acute rehab hospital nursing nad respiratory departments. I am resposible for all administartive duties of the nursing department, audit the lab and x/ray companies, and am a part of the administrative team. This position places me second in charge behind the CEO.

Duties included insertion of intravenous catheters for infushion of Remicade for the treatment of Chrons Disease, patient teaching, monotoring during infushion, and working with the physicians within the office
