My position at Bakkt originally was CSR.I am currently a Travel Agent /Rewards Manager for Wells Fargo. I am able to inspire my team as well as coach and develop, I assist customers /Agents with daily concerns and discrepancies concerning rewards, questions in regards to future present and past travel issues, car Rentals and hotel bookings. I assist with the governing of the daily metrics involving Service Level Agreement. I currently have 19 agents I am responsible for. I assist with payroll issues and concerns. I am a escalation Manager for Travel and Wells Fargo Rewards. My daily duties at Office Depot is Customer Service Order Selector Expert. I am currently responsible for number of orders that are being processed in an hr with detailed accuracy. Currently I am producing 120 per hour for Fed Ex, Ups,Amazon and store orders.

I was initially was hired for receiving associate. After 3 months I was promoted to Department Warehouse Associate for the Freight Dept. Approx 6 months after being a Department Warehouse Associate I became apart of the Merchandising Expert Team.

As a tourbus operator my responsibilities are very detailed and you have to maintain and or organize immediate actions according to the customers request and or climate conditions. Our responsibilities include maping out destinations for clients. Operate the Bus and maintain daily maintenance on vehicle. You are trusted with very expensive equiptment, You are given credit cards you are responsible for and you are given checks with the payment for each trip assigned.

I was responsible for taking reservations on the phone,maintain front office request for rooms, train new employees how to be a guest room attendant etiquette, I was in charge of night audit and I was in charge of the daily supplies for the motel. The motel has 16 rooms and 3 cottages. I had 6 employees and 2 maintenance associates to communicate and convey current needs of the motel.

My responsibilities as a Master Barber were maintain consistency with professionalism, Open and close the shop as needed. Hire assistants as needed for shampooing and or janitorial portion of the shop. Perform haircuts and hairstyles for all ages and all different grades of hair.
